Here's how Dan can help you---
"We do tax planning and preparation for businesses and individuals.
We also do full array of financial statement audits for not-for-profit
organizations, but the specialty area that I like to deal with is
small business tax consulting.
"Completion of tax returns is all done with our tax software.
You need to know what you are doing, but it’s becoming a basic
service that many people out there can do probably quite inexpensively.
The real important thing is to plan your taxes because there are
numerous decisions that should be made during the year that can
substantially reduce your taxes at the end of the year." “Also,
you should never make an important business decision before checking
with me on the tax implications.“
"I would ask you to
sit down with me and spend 45 minutes to 1½ hour discussing
your specific situation, your business, and then we would see if
there was anything I could do to help you. Generally, in that length
of a conversation I can tell if I can help you or not. Of course,
there is no charge for that first conversation."

Here's some of Dan's advice--
Many times an unincorporated business person does not realize that
they can incorporate their business and save thousands of dollars
a year, just by that one step. That’s one of the most common
situations that I find. It doesn’t always work but it does
in many cases.
Another potential savings comes from using pension plans to save
current taxes. Many business owners do not realize all of
the possibilities that are available, even to the one-owner business
(many times they work best), and are losing a great opportunity
to significantly reduce their taxes each year.
Again, remember that these are the types of decisions that must
be made at the beginning of, or during, the year if they are to
be effective.
These ideas are not complex, but they must be very carefully evaluated
to the specific situation of the individual business to be successful. That
is where my many years of experience pay off. Start planning now,
not when it is too late.
